Meeting notes and a work log
If you already write a note per meeting or per task, Intabula can show the same notes as a board. The agent tidies notes you wrote in a hurry and summarises them when you need the short version.
Write the notes first
Click New collection in the sidebar and create a work folder. During a meeting, press n (or ⌘N in the Mac app) to start a draft, type whatever you need, and click Save… afterwards to file it into work. Bullet fragments and half-finished action lists are fine at this stage.
Let the agent format and summarise
Ask "clean up today's standup note and turn the action items into checkboxes" and the agent rewrites that record. Each change it makes is logged with a before-and-after diff. In manual mode, every write shows its diff and waits for your approval before it touches the file.
"Summarise what we decided in work this week" gets an answer in the chat, drawn from the records. Ask the agent to save the summary as a new record if you want to keep it in the collection.
Pin a status field
Add status: todo, doing or done to the notes that are tasks. Once status appears in at least 40% of the records, a banner above the collection's table offers to pin it as an official field. Pin it as a select; values outside its options are then listed under Needs attention. You can also ask the agent to pin it with the options you want.
Save a board
Click New view in the sidebar, choose the work collection, set the type to kanban and group by status. The board is saved in the sidebar under the name you gave it. Dragging a card to another column rewrites that record's status, and notes without a status collect in a column of their own. The iOS app shows the same saved views, grouped the same way.
Find an old note with ⌘K
⌘K opens a palette that searches collection names, record titles, fields and note text. Past conversations with the agent show up in the same results under Conversations.
